As agents move work across products, workflows, and systems, software can no longer be designed only as features inside an interface. The next design challenge is turning products into composable capabilities: bounded, permissioned units of work that can travel wherever outcomes are being assembled.

Product Design
Work must be designed differently when intelligence moves behind the interface. As AI systems generate, recommend, and act autonomously, design shifts from exposing functionality to creating orientation, agency, confidence, and trust. This work explores new interaction models, post-dashboard surfaces, and how people supervise systems rather than operate tools.
